The Chairpersons and CEOs Forum is a premier gathering for bank board directors and chief executives, drawing private and government institutions and leaders from across Tanzania. The 2nd edition, themed "Public and Statutory Corporations Business Strategies Beyond Tanzania: Reforms & Rebuilding," was sponsored by Tanzania Commercial Bank and held in Arusha.
Route Marketing was engaged by Aggrey & Clifford, on behalf of sponsor TCB Bank, to execute event setup across four separate venues over three days.

Over three days in Arusha, Route Marketing moved between four venues, delivering a consistent, branded experience for the Forum at every stop. At Mt Meru Hotel, a full Dinner Gala setup welcomed 600 guests on the opening night, followed by a second 600-pax dinner setup at AICC Nyasa Hall the next evening.
Day three split into parallel break-out sessions, 200 delegates at Gran Melia Hotel and 400 at Mount Meru Hotel, both fully branded and production-ready. Beyond the venues themselves, Route Marketing branded Arusha's key roundabouts and the forum's main entrance, giving the event a visible presence across the city.
